FULL "BY INVITATION ONLY" TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. These terms and conditions (the "By Invitation Only Terms and Conditions") specifically relate to and govern your use of the By Invitation Only Card and service on the By Invitation Only web pages of the RA website, www.restaurantassociates.co.uk/ByInvitationOnly (the "By Invitation Only Web Pages"). 

2. For the purpose of the By Invitation Only Terms and Conditions "we", "us", "our", "RA" and the "Promoter" refers to Compass Group, UK and Ireland Limited, Parklands Court, Birmingham B45 9PZ t/a Restaurant Associates, a member of Compass Group plc.

3. The By Invitation Only Card enables the registered holder to obtain a range of benefits and offers at selected participating RA restaurants (which may change from time to time) listed on the By Invitation Only Web Pages (the "Participating Restaurants") in accordance with these terms and conditions.

4. Your receipt of a By Invitation Only Card is conditional upon you doing the following:

4.1. Registering your correct personal details by filling in the mandatory fields (marked with an asterisk "*") in the "Apply" page of the By Invitation Only website

4.2. Confirming you have read the By Invitation Only Terms and Conditions, the RA Website Terms and Conditions of Use and the RA Website Privacy Policy about how your personal data will be used by checking the appropriate box; and

4.3. Submitting your personal details by clicking [?submit?] thereby confirming that (1) the personal details you have provided are correct; and (2) you agree to be bound by the By Invitation Only Terms and Conditions, the RA Website Terms and Conditions of Use and the RA Website Privacy Policy about how your personal data will be used.

5. The range of available benefits and offers is subject to change. A list of current benefits and offers together with Participating Restaurants shall be maintained on the By Invitation Only Web Pages and/or notified to registered card holders from time to time by email invitation.

6. We shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure that all benefits and offers displayed on this website are current and available. However, all benefits, offers and reservations are strictly subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to offer alternative benefits or offers of a similar nature to those displayed on the By Invitation Only Web Pages and/or notified by email invitation.

7. Your By Invitation Only Card can only be used when dining at a Participating Restaurant. It must be presented both upon arrival and upon payment for your food and beverage items.

8. The By Invitation Only Card only entitles the bearer to redeem one chosen offer or benefit per visit to a Participating Restaurant. Any offer claimed is not transferrable and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.

9. The By Invitation Only Card, or any of the offers or benefits claimed by the card holder cannot be exchanged or substituted for cash or alternative awards, offers, or otherwise in whole or in part.

10. The By Invitation Card is only valid until the expiry date shown and no offers or benefits can be claimed with an out of date card.

11. We reserve the right to change the By Invitation Only Terms and Conditions, the RA Website Terms and Conditions and the RA Website Privacy Policy at any time. If there are any such changes or variations we will bring this to your attention on the RA Website (www.restaurantassociates.co.uk) and/or the By Invitation Only Web Pages.
